Crime Awareness and Prevention
As with any retail venture, theft can become more prevalent seasonally; there have been recent reports of theft within the district.

If you experience theft, report the incident to the police by calling the non-emergency number at (518) 270-4411 and an officer will come fill out a report.

If there are crimes taking place, the police want you to report them, even if it’s not a situation requiring immediate attention. Crime tips are a helpful way to alert the police, informing them of hot spots for crime, determining regular offenders, and may affect the deployment of officers.
