Scheduling a Ribbon Cutting
Interested in arranging a ribbon cutting? Contact Joyce to schedule a meeting. We will write your grand opening press materials for you, invite government officials, promote your event, bring the big scissors and ribbon and facilitate your ribbon cutting at no cost to you!

Troy Night Out
Interested in participating in Troy Night Out? We will share your listing with thousands of people each month. Submit your listing to be included in the monthly program, press release, media advisory and BID social media accounts.
Four Main Areas of Focus
The Downtown Troy BID has four main areas of focus including marketing, business development and retention, public services and beautification, and special events. Each area of focus has a special committee open to the public which meets monthly.

Certificate Of Occupancy
All businesses are required to receive a certificate of occupancy before opening their doors to customers. If you have not done so already, please contact the City of Troy Planning & Zoning Department.
