The Downtown Troy Business Improvement District proudly joined the Rensselaer County Chamber of Commerce to commemorate the grand opening Collar City Mac Shac, Organa Juice Bar, and Soul Delicious inside River Street Market (433 River Street) with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, May 6 at 2 p.m.

River Street Market is a vibrant collection of diverse and delicious cuisine. Centrally located in The Waterfront community and equal parts food hall and community space, it is the largest food hall in the Capital District. From fast-casual bites to distinctive drinks, there is something for everyone at RSM. Collar City Mac Shac, Organa Juice Bar, and Soul Delicious join current favorites Fox and the Burn, Hummicidal, Maria’s Healthy Smoothies and Bowls, Prime Burger and Shakehouse, and Taco Libre.
