The Downtown Troy Business Improvement District proudly marked the one year anniversary of Street Taco VII (151 Fourth Street) with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, June 22 at 11:00 a.m.
Street Taco VII joined the Downtown Troy community when Monica Simon opened her doors during the pandemic and has since provided a family-friendly space with street style Mexican fusion. Their menu features fresh ingredients, house seasoning, plenty of plant-based options, and flavorful combinations.
“Good food has the power to bring people together, and Monica’s commitment to Street Taco VII does exactly that for our community,” said Geoff Brault, Executive Director, Downtown Troy Business Improvement District. “I’m excited to celebrate their first year and look forward to what’s next.”
